LODGING LEADERS PODCAST WINS SILVER STEVIE® AWARD IN 2021 STEVIE AWARDS FOR WOMEN IN BUSINESS
Women Around the World to Be Recognized During Virtual Event
ATLANTA, GA – September 28, 2021 – Long Live Lodging’s Lodging Leaders podcast is the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the Podcast of the Year category in the 18th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.
The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees and the companies they run – worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.
More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 100 categories. Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 business professionals around the world, working on eight juries.
Winners will be celebrated during a virtual awards ceremony on Thursday, Jan. 13. Registration for the ceremony is now on sale.
“I am happy and grateful for the recognition. Last year, we won Bronze for two categories, including Podcast of the Year. This year, it’s Silver for the category. To me, that means growth and other good things are just ahead for Long Live Lodging,” said Judy Maxwell, co-founder, principal and director of editorial at Long Live Lodging and co-host of its Lodging Leaders podcast.
“I also appreciate the comments by the judges of The Stevie Awards for Women in Business, including input from judges in the categories we entered but did not win. All of it is edifying and helpful to me and the rest of the team as we continue to build our network and design modern-day gold standards in content creation, production and delivery.”
